RETURNS
If you wish to return a product, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package.
Please return the items, if possible, in their original condition, unworn, and with the tags attached.
Otherwise, compensation may be requested.
We will refund you by bank transfer as soon as your return has been processed by our logistics team.
You have two options to return your package:

Don’t forget to print and fill in the return form and include it in the package.
FREE in-store return
Visit your nearest store with your invoice and your package.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice, where applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us) without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will not incur any fees for you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day you communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: - contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
