If you wish to return a product to us, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of your package.

 

Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, labelled and in their original packaging.

 

We will reimburse you by transfer to your bank account upon processing of your return by our logistics teams.

 

You have options to return your package:

Do not forget to print and fill out the return form to attach it in the package. 

 

 

- The deposit of the package in store FREE

 

Go to the nearest shop with your invoice and package

 

 

Attention,

 

Embroidered or made products cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

 

When ordering, check the requested size, your initials and the color of your embroidery, because your product can not be taken back or scalloped.
