To place an order, simply follow the steps below:

Your basket: this is the detail of the selection of items ordered and the gifts offered when ordering. To constitute your basket, you can access the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity and click on "Add to basket". You can then access your basket either directly through the pop-up that appears when you add a product to your order, or by clicking on the "My basket" icon located on the toolbar. To go to the next step, click "Continue".

Step 1: Your contact details

Fill in your contact details (name, first name, address, city, country and email address are required to order). If you have already ordered over the Internet, you will be able to identify yourself by your e-mail in the box provided for this purpose and your contact details will be displayed automatically once your email has been completed and validated by the "Connection" button. To go to the next step, click "Continue".

Step 2: Choice of shipping method


In this step you can choose the shipping method for your order: delivery by Colissimo. A flat-rate contribution will be requested in the case of home delivery, depending on your place of delivery.

Etape 3 : Payment method

At this step, you can choose:

- to pay directly online by credit card using a totally secure payment tool by clicking on the "Secure payment" button

- order by phone (payment by credit card only)


If you click on "Secure payment", you will go directly to the bank's website.

Confirmation of your order, once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. This email will cover your identity, the details of your order, the price to pay and the delivery address.

Our order recording systems provide proof of the date and content of the order.


Step 4: Summary of your order

At this stage, you can modify your order or validate it. To place the order, click on "Place order".


Step 5: Confirmation of your order

You have been assigned an order number. In order to track your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Another email will allow you to track your package. At this stage, you will have the option of printing your order summary.

When ordering, provide your friend's shipping address. Choose your personal address for billing. Your friend will receive your package without price indication.


For another place of delivery, a fixed contribution is requested which includes the shipping costs, packaging and processing of the order. Lump sum contribution to the processing costs invoiced by zone:

2- Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands : 15,00 €
3-Great Britain, Spain (including the Balearic Islands), Italy (including Sardinia, Sicily), Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Portugal: 20,00 €
4- Other European countries, DOM and Maghreb : 30,00 €
5- Rest of the world : 45,00 €


Sylvie Thiriez agrees to deliver items ordered on the Internet as soon as possible. - For mainland France, Andorra and Monaco, shipments are made by Colissimo Access F with a postal delay of 48 hours, working days (normally 48 hours from receipt of your order). - For other European countries, shipments are made by Colissimo Expert International with a postal delay of 4 to 6 working days. - For overseas departments and territories, and local authorities, shipments are made by Colissimo Expert Overseas with a postal delay of 5 to 7 working days. - For the rest of the world, shipments are made by Colissimo Expert International with a postal delay of 5 to 8 working days.
