How does it work?

Select the amount of your gift card directly online via the form, or in-store with the help of our advisors.
The recipient will receive their gift card by email or as a physical card handed over in-store.
They can then use their gift card to shop online or directly in-store.
To check the balance of the gift card, simply visit the dedicated page.

Gift Card Terms & Conditions

After your purchase, once your purchase is complete, your e-gift card and its details (code, amount, and validity date) are sent to you immediately by email.
You can print it for use in-store or use it directly online.

How to use
Online: enter the code when checking out.
In-store: present the code from your email at the time of payment.

Conditions
The card can be used in one or multiple transactions until the balance is fully used.
It cannot be reloaded, exchanged for cash, converted into bank credit, or refunded.

Validity & security
The gift card is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
In case of loss of the code, no automatic refund will be possible. However, our customer service team can help you retrieve your e-gift card.
